We played the game of life for 2 whole hours.
Lays and I shared a car. She picked a yellow one which resembles Puay's omelette (her yellow honda). At first, you travel alone. Along the way, you get married. We decided to make ours a lesbian couple and so, we'd have no kids. HAHA.
This is the end of the game when everyone retires and the person with the most $$$ wins.
Don't think I'll play this game again, not that fun :/

Posted by Philothea` @ Wednesday, February 27, 2008 | Dealing with air tickets is not easy man, especially when there's so many people with different itinerary. And the hotel accommodation is even more confusing. Aye. Aye.
For our thailand trip, tickets have been booked for the following:
18-27 Apr: QIANJIN
18-27 Apr: KAIXIANG
18-26 Apr: JEREL
18-24 Apr: ZIYING
24-27 Apr: WEISHAN
24-27 Apr: GRACIE
26-28 Apr: MATT
and I don't know if I should make amendments to my own air tickets! I had already booked 18-28 Apr but it seems like I've to forgo it or pay extra $$$ to change flights. Working on the feature film means I'll probably be only available towards the end of Apr and Nicole's wedding falls on the 25th Apr...I don't have a sure date to transfer my flights =(
LESSON LEARNT: Always remember your dear friend's wedding date!
It actually slipped my mind and I went ahead to book last month w/o realising that there's a wedding I've been waiting for 6 years to attend and I just can't miss it! Moreover, she sent the wedding invitation way in advance and I actually didn't record the date.
Time to schedule all the important dates in my calendar!
I've a BFA faculty test this Sat...hmm...work, school, ministry:
Mar - Apr: Royston Tan's feature film?
May - Jul: Kidscentral Moonface 2?
Aug: School starts?
On a sidenote, I managed to catch "L: Change the world" with jiayi yesterday after meeting the producer for Royston Tan's next feature film. The meeting was fruitful, an exciting production ahead! The movie was good, spending the evening with jiayi and shuz was great! :D

Conveniently, my lil brother and I raced downstairs in our pyjamas to catch a glimpse of it. Haha. Feels pretty interesting to catch the Chingay Parade in such a up-close manner.

The next moment, I went to wash up and he was gone.
On Monday, he returned home - his annual visit, that precious once per year.
I traveled to the airport to meet him, the rest were either at sch/work.
From afar, I thought I saw him, I waved...He smiled back at me but I realised, I had waved to a stranger. How embarrassing! Perhaps I was too anxious.
Finally, I saw a familiar face and he caught me by surprise!
He had been away for too long. Somehow, he looked younger than I had imagined.While he was savoring his 1st meal at a nearby coffeeshop (the local's simple delights which he had missed terribly), I managed to put this together in his room. I'm not sure if he has seen it. I didn't ask.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
We didn't spend much time together. I was busy with the university application and other stuff. We talked here and there, showed him what I've been up (the kids show I did etc.) and taught him how to use his new phone. My 2nd bro and daddy bought the same phone as me. MADNESS. Now we've 3 sets of w910i in all 3 different colours at home =.="
Friday, today.
He left without a word and his phone was engaged.
I sat on my bed; don't know how to feel.
I prayed for him and attempted the last call just before his flight.
It got through this time and I said my last words. So much to say and so little time.
For what that was unspoken, I hope you know, how we all feel inside for the past 6 years.
And for the person who gave to you the most:
If only you loved her like before, the affection she craves, the love she deserves, those 3 words she did not hear from you again...how much she has been crying inside....the toil of her work, the misbehavior of her children, the daily chores she has to bear...the struggle to live when she so desires death...because you left.
Why are man so heartless?
Why do they lose sight of their love?
I'm not looking for an answer. Just let me rant.

Wanted to blog about my past week but got to rush outta the house now.
Valentine's Day is tmr but I haven't done much for my friends and lovers. Aye aye.
So many birthdays this month and here's one for a very very darling friend of mine:

Today's the 2nd day of the Chinese New Year celebrations and I'm at my grandma's place now. It's crowded here as usual and the kids are multiplying, 13 or more. Aye. I've lost count. They're my close relatives and my extended family is pretty bonded. Hopefully, can grab a huge family photo later! 2 persons missing: grandfather (passed away last yr) and daddy (only returning after cny) =(
